Booth Assignments will be on a first come-first served basis and in accordance with PASF committee's allocation. Vendor must provide Business Certificate (501(c)-3 alongwith approval request.

A professionally designed 10x10 booth will be shared which includes

One table, two chairs, a tablecloth

1 Booth signage, One Garbage bin with liner.

Vendors are encouraged to bring extra table and chairs as per their requirements

Vendors are required to set up their booths before the event begins and ensure the area is fully cleaned up before leaving at the end of the event.

Electricity Costs are included - An electricity connection will be provided, along with one extension cord and a multi-plug.

Vendors are encouraged to bring any additional wireless batteries, as well as their own torches and emergency lights for backup.

No Referigerators allowed!
